We offer a number of delivery options for mainland UK, Europe and Worldwide locations. Unfortunately our website does not currently accept deliveries to UK non-mainland addresses. If you are based there and would like to order from us, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Important: delivery charges may change due to factors such as inflation and supplier costs.
Taxes & Duties
Please note that Taxes and Duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and displayed on your Summary / Checkout page. UK VAT will be applied to orders dispatched within the United Kingdom, excluding the Channel Islands. The value of the goods ordered online is inclusive of UK VAT, and we cannot refund any UK VAT charges. These charges only include delivery; therefore customers from outside UK will be responsible for their own country’s custom duties & local taxes. The recipient of the order is responsible for any duties or taxes imposed on the order, and will need to pay these to the courier before the order can be delivered.
Please note Arttique London cannot be held accountable for delays during Customs clearance. It is possible that the delivery may be affected by customs and excise delays, and unfortunately we cannot offer any assistance in this matter.
Please note that Arttique London currently only delivers to the countries listed above. Sorry we regret we cannot currently cover deliveries to all countries.
We cannot deliver to any BFPO or PO boxes.
All our orders / products are dispatched directly from our depot in London. Any changes in delivery times or charges related to the order will be stated in individual product descriptions online.
All orders will be shipped by courier and will require a signature on delivery.
Order cut-off time are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation.
Please note that for international deliveries, Next Day Delivery is not currently available. The date selected during checkout is the shipping date; the arrival date is subject to Customs processing.
If you or someone on your behalf is not able to sign for the delivery, the courier will leave a card for you to arrange re-delivery at a suitable time.
