Yes you can. We will send an email confirmation to you once your order is received. You can track your goods on our courier's website once they are dispatched from our depot. We will send you your tracking number once we have it.
We recommend you put your silk scarves inside the dust bag while on the go. Special care is advised as contact with lacquer, perfume, anything containing alcohol; and sharp and rough jewellery can cause damage. Keep the scarves away from excessive sunlight and fire. To maintain the quality of the product, please follow the special care label’s instructions; and we recommend that your scarf is treated by a reputable dry cleaning professional.

We will issue a full refund to the card used when placing the order, excluding any delivery charges. Please allow up to 20 working days for a full refund from the date we receive the returned goods. Please note: the cost of returning the goods, and the safe return of any goods to our returns depot, is your responsibility. We manufacture our scarves in Lake Como, Italy. This is a world renown destination for the manufacturing of silk scarves. Our team in Italy print our scarves by using the most advanced textile technology. All scarves are printed in the highest quality and professionally quality-controlled by our manufacturer. Thereafter our experienced Italian hemmers finish the product with hand-rolled edges. The entire manufacturing process, from printing to sewing, is in Italy.
Our design team is based in London. We design our scarves from scratch. You will find our designs are unique and original pieces of artwork. All design details inside the scarves are hand-drawn and finished digitally.
