If you are not satisfied with your online purchase we will offer a full refund. The product must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery, and must be in a perfectly re-saleable condition. It must be in its original packaging, with your proof of delivery return note / receipt.
This only applies to full-priced items. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We reserve the right to refuse a full refund for the product if it is not in a re-saleable condition. We will only offer a full refund (not including the delivery charge) if the product is damaged, faulty or does not match your order. In the case of unwanted goods being returned, we will not refund any duties or taxes that were imposed when delivered. The shipping cost of returning your item safely to us is the responsibility of the original recipient of the order.

Once we receive your returned items, our staff will review the condition of the items before deciding, in accordance with our returns policy, whether to process the refund. If the refund is approved, we will process your refund and you will receive an email confirmation within 7 days. We will process the refund payment using the original method of payment, and return funds should arrive in your account within 20 days from the date we received your returned items. If we decide for any reason not to process a refund, our staff will contact you by email or phone.
